Comme les autres pains, il est p\u00e9tri \u00e0 la main et cuit au feu de bois.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la farine de seigle, nous nous approvisionnons \u00e0 la ferme du Forest situ\u00e9e dans le Bu\u00ebch (Hautes-Alpes). La farine est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur un moulin \u00e0 meule de pierre ce qui en pr\u00e9serve les valeurs nutritives.<\/p>\n<p>Et qui se cache derri\u00e8re la pain ? C&#8217;est Hugues !
